She has also written compelling thought-leadership articles and crafted award-winning nominations. 

Ashley’s exceptional content marketing, social media management, and corporate communications skills have driven growth for multiple organizations. In her role at Ultra Electronics Group, she helped transform over 50 engineering businesses across the UK, North America, and Australia into ONE Ultra – a joined-up group with one vision, mission, and set of values. As a result, sales and profit increased, and Ultra was acquired for £2.6bn, 400% higher than the share price before the transformation. 

Ashley expertly managed global leadership conferences and company-wide events for over 100 participants during the COVID-19 pandemic, overseeing all aspects, including six-figure budgets and international travel compliance. Her efforts have improved employee engagement and morale and enhanced organizational growth.

Ashley has dedicated most of her career to the Defense and Aerospace sector. In her previous role at Ultra Electronics Group, she served in positions of increasing responsibility across human resources, moving to the corporate communications and employee engagement department. This depth of experience leading HR and corporate communications initiatives across a multi-national defense contractor enables Ashley to bring specialized knowledge and skill to her work building and executing corporate communications programs. Areas of expertise include developing specialized communication plans and targeted messaging focused on change management, organizational development, and acquisition processes.

In addition to serving clients on the communications side, Ashley excels at project management across functions. Her experience executing global events and internal conferences for company-wide initiatives and leadership teams makes her an invaluable resource in helping clients achieve their event management goals.

When she’s not achieving results for her clients, Ashley enjoys serving her community through her position on the leadership team at Young Women’s Alliance, a nonprofit organization in Central Texas.
