In her most recent position, she helped grow a startup events company into an eight-figure business with several different revenue streams. She oversaw the development and implementation of every SOP, workflow, policy, and procedure from client acquisition to deliverables while training and developing her team of employees and contractors. She facilitated the execution of over 400 events per year maximizing productivity and efficiency through measurable KPIs and targets to achieve a high-quality customer experience.
