Leading the events vertical, Marcella works closely with clients throughout the aerospace and defense industry to design custom experiences that build brands, strengthen relationships, and maximize desired outcomes with innovative activations that position clients as leaders within the industry.

With a passion for driving business success, Marcella brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Prior to her position at Distinctive Edge, Marcella served as the Senior Director of Operations at an events management firm. She successfully scaled that firm from its inception as a startup into an 8-figure enterprise. She led the charge building, the process and the team—scaling to over 400 events per year– with an exceptional client rating.
