Our founder served on the buy side for over $1 billion in transactions across multiple sectors and ran comms and IR for dozens of VCs, family offices, and investment firms. Our team, regularly identifies M&A targets on both the buy and sell side, in addition to running M&A comms -ensuring value is not lost during acquisition. We know the key players, what they invest in and how to frame companies to get the call that can lead to the check. We have helped public companies increase stock price by high triple digits, funds close rounds and regularly connect clients to strategic investors who bring capital and create opportunities. On the government side, we have worked with several economic ministries and trade offices expanding opportunities for foreign delegations, setting investor meetings and running investor focused events.
